CHAPTER 815 BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS
Motor Vehicle Retail Installment Sales Act.

"Retail Installment contract", "installment contract" or "contract" means an instrument or instruments prescribing the terms of a retail installment transaction and entered into in this State.
