815 ILCS 390/1: Purpose.

It is the purpose of this Act to assure adequate protection for those who contract through pre-need contracts for the purchase of certain cemetery merchandise and cemetery services and undeveloped interment, entombment or inurnment space, when the seller may delay delivery or performance more than 120 days following initial payment on the account.
