815 ILCS 440/8

The Department shall, in conjunction with appropriate government departments and agencies, institutions, and industry groups conduct public information and educational programs designed to inform the public of the efforts of the State of Illinois in regard to the recycling of oil in order to conserve a vital natural resource.
