CHAPTER 815 BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS
Yo-Yo Waterball Sales Prohibition Act.

A person who sells a yo-yo waterball in this State is guilty of a business offense punishable by a fine of $1,001 for each violation. Each sale of a yo-yo waterball in violation of this Act is a separate violation.
