CHAPTER 815 BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS
Illinois Securities Law of 1953.

"Registered Internet portal" means an Internet portal maintained by a corporation or other legal entity that is being used to offer or sell securities and that meets the requirements of Section 8d of this Act.
