CHAPTER 815 BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS
Illinois Securities Law of 1953.

Notwithstanding any other law, the Secretary of State has the authority to enforce this Act as it pertains to the offer, sale, or investment advice concerning a covered security as defined by Section 2.29.
