A long term care facility that fails to comply with Section 2-214 of the Nursing Home Care Act, a facility that fails to comply with Section 2-214 of the ID/DD Community Care Act, or a facility that fails to comply with Section 2-214 of the MC/DD Act commits an unlawful practice within the meaning of this Act.
