CHAPTER 815 BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS
Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.

No person shall intentionally or negligently misrepresent the capabilities of a device for detecting and measuring radon or radon progeny. A person who violates this Section commits an unlawful practice within the meaning of this Act and is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
