CHAPTER 815 BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS
Business Opportunity Sales Law of 1995.

"Advertising" means any circular, prospectus, advertisement or other material or any electronic communication including, but not limited to, radio, television, pictures or similar means used in connection with an offer or sale of any business opportunity.
