CHAPTER 815 BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS
Consumer Contract Reciprocal Attorney’s Fees Act.

Nothing in this Act shall be construed to apply to or limit the rights of any party to attorney's fees under any other contract or as authorized in relation to consumer contracts under other provisions of State law.
