815 ILCS 710/25: Authority to certify copies of records.

CHAPTER 815 BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS
Motor Vehicle Franchise Act.

The Secretary of State is authorized to prepare under the seal of the Secretary of State certified copies of any records of his or her office. Every certified copy shall be admissible in a proceeding in court in the same manner as the original.
