CHAPTER 820 EMPLOYMENT
Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act.

The Department of Labor shall be authorized to enter into agreements with other states to collect unpaid wages from out-of-state employers and to perform reciprocal services for such states in the State of Illinois.
