820 ILCS 14/17: Public records.

Any record furnished to the Board, Department, or other State agency by a TNC under this Act, including, but not limited to, TND records, are exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act. The records are confidential and shall not be disclosed by the Board or any persons who may be authorized by the Board to process the records solely for the purposes of this Act.
