820 ILCS 175/35: Public Access Area.

Each day and temporary labor service agency shall provide adequate seating in the public access area of the offices of the agency. The public access area shall be the location for the notices required by Section 45 of this Act and any other State or federally mandated posting. The public access area shall allow for access to restrooms and water.
