Record of proceedings. The Director shall provide facilities for the taking of testimony and the recording of proceedings at the hearings before the Director, his representative, the Board of Review, or a Referee. All expenses arising pursuant to this Section shall be paid in the same manner as other expenses incurred pursuant to this Act.
