820 ILCS 55/19: Review under the Administrative Review Law.

Any party to a proceeding under this Act may apply for and obtain judicial review of an order of the Department entered under this Act in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Review Law, and the Department, in proceedings under this Act, may obtain an order from the court for the enforcement of its order.
