IC 1-3-3-13: Report

Sec. 13. Not later than sixty (60) days after the completion of the commission's duties under this chapter, the commission shall submit a written report to the general assembly in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6. The report must state the following:

(1) A summary of the commission's work performed under this chapter.

(2) The commission's recommendations, including any legislation recommended by the commission.
