Chapter 3. Indiana-Illinois Boundary Adjustment Commission

Sec. 8. (a) A quorum of the commission consists of at least six (6) members.

(b) A quorum is necessary for the commission to take official action. A quorum is not required for the commission to meet, take testimony, and hold discussion.
