IC 10-11-9-3: Operation of center

Sec. 3. (a) The department shall operate the Indiana intelligence fusion center under the direction of the governor.

(b) The department shall cooperate with:

(1) the department of homeland security;

(2) local, state, or federal government agencies; and

(3) private organizations;

subject to applicable state and federal laws and regulations, including 28 CFR 23.
