IC 10-17-13.5-1.5: "Eligible person"

Sec. 1.5. As used in this chapter, "eligible person" means an individual residing in Indiana who is:

(1) a dependent of a veteran;

(2) a primary caregiver of a veteran; or

(3) an individual who is a member of the armed forces of the United States or national guard.
