IC 10-17-9-2: Gifts; legacies; devises; conveyances

Sec. 2. The home may receive for the use of the institution and expend as the donor directs:

(1) gifts;

(2) legacies;

(3) devises; and

(4) conveyances;

of real and personal property that are made, given, or granted to or for the home or in its name.
