IC 10-18-1-10: Care and preservation of personal property of the department

Sec. 10. (a) The department shall employ an individual who is responsible for the care and preservation of all personal property owned by the department that has historic significance.

(b) The individual employed by the department under subsection (a) must meet the qualifications set by the division of state museums and historic sites of the department of natural resources.
