IC 10-18-1-25: Intentional damage; penalty

Sec. 25. A person who intentionally damages or removes any of the property of the state on Monument Circle is liable for the payment of a penalty not less than twice the sum necessary to repair the damage or restore the lost property. The penalty may be collected by the department in a civil action.
