IC 16-18-2-198.5: "Lead-based paint"

Sec. 198.5. "Lead-based paint", for purposes of IC 16-41-39.8, means paint or another surface coating that contains lead in an amount equal to or more than one (1) milligram per square centimeter, or in the amount of more than one-half percent (0.5%) by weight.
