Sec. 225.6. "Mental health facility", for purposes of IC 16-31, means the following:
(1) A certified community behavioral health clinic (as defined in IC 12-15-1.3-25(a)).
(2) A community mental health center (as defined in IC 12-7-2.1-78) certified under IC 12-21-2-3(5)(C).
