IC 16-18-2-253.3: "Nurse aide training program"

Sec. 253.3. "Nurse aide training program", for purposes of IC 16-27.5, means a training program that:

(1) is authorized by the certified health care professions commission established by IC 16-27.5-2-1;

(2) complies with 42 CFR 483.152 and 42 CFR 483.154; and

(3) is completed by an individual seeking to become a nurse aide.
