IC 16-18-2-30: "Authority"

Sec. 30. "Authority" refers to the following:

(1) For purposes of IC 16-22-6, the authority created under IC 16-22-6-2.

(2) For purposes of IC 16-22-7, the authority created under IC 16-22-7-5.

(3) For purposes of IC 16-22:

(A) the authority created under IC 16-22-6-2; or

(B) the county building authority provided for in IC 36-9-13.
