IC 16-20-2-2.5: Legalization of certain health ordinances by Tippecanoe County adopted after December 31, 1993, and before March 11, 1994

Sec. 2.5. A health ordinance adopted by the county executive of Tippecanoe County that:

(1) was adopted after December 31, 1993, and before March 11, 1994; and

(2) applies to the entire county;

is legalized.
