IC 16-21-10-16: Rules

Sec. 16. Subject to section 8(b) of this chapter, the office may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 necessary to implement this chapter. Rules adopted under this section may be retroactive to the effective date of the Medicaid state plan amendments or waivers approved under this chapter.
