IC 16-25-4.5-5: Perinatal hospice provider list

Sec. 5. The state department shall develop and regularly update a list of all perinatal hospice providers and programs in Indiana. The state department may include on the list perinatal hospice providers and programs in other states that provide care to Indiana residents. The state department shall post the list of perinatal hospice providers and programs on the state department's website.
