- Chapter 10. Establishment of the Interstate Commission for EMS Personnel Practice
Sec. 6. (a) The commission shall publish the commission's bylaws and file a copy thereof, and a copy of any amendment thereto, with the appropriate agency or officer in each of the member states, if any.
(b) The commission shall maintain the commission's financial records in accordance with the bylaws.
