ARTICLE 31.5. EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES PERSONNEL LICENSURE INTERSTATE COMPACT
Chapter 7. Veterans, Service Members Separating from Active Duty Military, and Their Spouses

Sec. 2. Member states shall expedite the processing of licensure applications submitted by:

(1) veterans;

(2) active military service members;

(3) members of the National Guard and reserves, separating from an active duty; and

(4) the spouse of an individual described in subdivisions (1) through (3).
