IC 16-35-1.5-5.5: WIC vendor selection

Sec. 5.5. (a) The state department shall select a WIC vendor based on vendor selection criteria set forth in 7 CFR 246.12.

(b) The state department shall do the following:

(1) Review the vendor selection criteria annually.

(2) Include the vendor selection criteria in the WIC state plan in accordance with 7 CFR 246.4(a)(14)(ii).

(3) Publish the vendor selection criteria on the state department's website.
