IC 16-39-9-1.5: "Electronic health record"

Sec. 1.5. (a) As used in this chapter, "electronic health record" means a record of an individual's medical history that is created, generated, sent, communicated, received, or stored by electronic means.

(b) For purposes of this chapter, the term includes billing statements and other administrative records that may be provided through electronic means.
