ARTICLE 41. PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURES FOR THE PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF DISEASE
Chapter 4. Communicable Disease: HIV Literature

Sec. 2. The state department may not distribute HIV literature described in section 1 of this chapter to school children without the consent of the governing body of the school corporation the school children attend.
