IC 16-46-16-3: Written report

Sec. 3. Before December 31, 2019, the state department shall deliver a written report to the governor and, in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6, to the general assembly that includes:

(1) the strategic plan developed under section 1 of this chapter; and

(2) recommendations on goal implementation and schedule compliance related to the strategic plan developed under section 1 of this chapter.
