IC 16-46-16.7-6: Report

Sec. 6. A person awarded a contract or grant under this chapter shall report de-identified, aggregate information concerning the implementation of the core public health services contract or grant and metrics concerning the core public health services to the local health department that approved the contract or grant for the core public health services as required by IC 16-20-1-12(e).
