IC 16-46-17-13: Annual report

Sec. 13. (a) Beginning January 1, 2024, the council shall submit an annual report to the governor and the legislative council not later than June 15. The report submitted to the legislative council must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.

(b) The report required in subsection (a) must include the following:

(1) A summary of the council's activities and progress.

(2) Recommendations of the council to the governor and the general assembly on ways to address the needs of people living with rare diseases.
