IC 16-46-18-6: Eligibility

Sec. 6. An individual is eligible to participate in a program if the individual:

(1) is an Indiana resident;

(2) has an income that does not exceed seven hundred percent (700%) of the federal poverty level;

(3) resides in an underserved area, as determined by the organization or entity; and

(4) is eligible to participate in a cancer clinical trial.
