Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "minority" means an individual identified as any of the following:
(1) Black or African-American.
(2) Hispanic or Latino.
(3) Asian.
(4) American Indian.
(5) Alaska Native.
(6) Native Hawaiian and other Pacific Islander.
