IC 16-46-7.5-4: Annual report

Sec. 4. (a) Before February 1 of each year, the state department shall submit a written report to the governor and to the legislative council in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 that includes the following:

(1) The plan developed under section 3(a)(6) of this chapter.

(2) The state department's determination about any expenditure of funds under this chapter for the previous calendar year and the impact of the use of the funds.

(3) The state department's plans for expenditures of funds under this chapter in the current and subsequent calendar year.

(4) Any recommendations for future initiatives or actions to address pediatric cancer in Indiana.

(b) The state department shall publish the written report required by subsection (a) on the state department's website.
