ARTICLE 20.5. PROGRAMS ADMINISTERED BY THE STATE
Chapter 19. Teacher Higher Education and Industry Collaboration Grant Program and Fund

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "eligible applicant" means any of the following:

(1) A school corporation.

(2) A public school, including a charter school.

(3) A state accredited nonpublic school.

(4) A teacher employed by a:

(A) school corporation; or

(B) school listed in subdivision (2) or (3).
