Chapter 7. School Intervention and Career Counseling Development Program and Fund

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "school intervention and career counseling development program" refers to a program carried out under this chapter:

(1) for kindergarten through grade 6; and

(2) by a licensed school counselor.
