IC 20-20.5-8-4: Contracts with private or nonprofit corporations for early childhood education programs; preschool programs; latch key programs

Sec. 4. A school corporation may enter into an agreement with a private or nonprofit corporation to provide early childhood education programs, preschool programs, or latch key programs. However, if a school corporation enters into a contract for a preschool program, the private or nonprofit corporation must operate a federally approved preschool program.
