IC 20-23-4-6: "Party"

Sec. 6. As used in this chapter, "party" includes:

(1) a person;

(2) a firm;

(3) a limited liability company;

(4) a corporation;

(5) an association; or

(6) a municipality;

interested in proceedings under this chapter.
