IC 20-24.5-2-5: Board of trustees; powers

Sec. 5. The board of trustees of a state educational institution may:

(1) acquire sites for;

(2) construct or acquire;

(3) equip; and

(4) furnish;

suitable buildings and appurtenances for a laboratory school.
