IC 20-28-11.5-4: Annual performance evaluation plans; posting of plan

Sec. 4. (a) Each school corporation shall develop or adopt a plan for annual performance evaluations for each certificated employee. A plan must include performance evaluations for all certificated employees, conducted at least annually.

(b) A school corporation shall post the plan developed or adopted by the school corporation on the school corporation's website.

(c) A plan is not subject to collective bargaining.
