IC 20-28-5-2: Rules; substitute teachers

Sec. 2. The state board may adopt rules for:

(1) the issuance of a substitute teacher's license; and

(2) the employment of substitute teacher licensees.

An individual may not serve as a substitute teacher without a license issued by the department.
