IC 20-28-5-8.5: Reinstatement of revoked license

Sec. 8.5. The department may, after holding a hearing on the matter, reinstate the license of a person whose license has been revoked under section 8 of this chapter if the person's conviction has been reversed, vacated, or set aside on appeal.
