IC 20-29-2-15: "School employer"

Sec. 15. "School employer" means:

(1) the governing body of each:

(A) school corporation; or

(B) charter school established under IC 20-24; and

(2) a person or persons authorized to act for the governing body of the school employer in dealing with its employees.
